Since graduating from Seton Hall University's Physical Therapy program in 2009 Dr. Cliff has worked as a personal trainer at Equinox while studying for the PT Board Exam. After getting his license he managed a small practice as the sole clinician in a specialized manual therapy-based facility. He has spent the next 10 years honing his hands-on skills and pain management diagnostics to provide specialized and personal care for each of his clients. Since 2013 he has added 2 Schroth Scoliosis Physical Therapy certifications to become a specialist for adolescent and adult scoliosis.

For years in New York Dr. Cliff helped clients outside of the office, in their homes, with their families, and at their summer homes to maintain and improve a better bodies. As of 2020, he has brought this service to the Philadelphia area. As of 2021, he has expanded his services to include online coaching to help more people, outside of the restraints of physical travel, to improve their bodies with personalized exercise programing and mentorship.
